This sphere of responsibility covers the following duties conducted on behalf of the town of Schönebeck (Elbe) and the Solepark: 

- Changing plantings in the municipal flower beds and those of the spa gardens
- Maintenance, cleaning and care of public green spaces  
- Maintenance, cleaning and care of municipal playgrounds, as well as checking and repairing
  the play equipment  
- Care-taker duties in municipal buildings and spaces
