The following duties are conducted at the municipal cemeteries on behalf of the town of Schönebeck (Elbe):

- Maintenance and care of the cemeteries
- Changing plantings in the flower beds
- Locking-up services
- Conduct of funerals 
- Grave stone removal 

Opening hours of the cemeteries: Ostfriedhof, Westfriedhof and Frohser Friedhof

April to September: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
October/November/March: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
December to February: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
